Set on about a half-acre, the nearly 2,000-square-foot house has been updated with elegant finishes and high-end materials. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The artfully landscaped grounds include a courtyard with a pond and waterfall and a swimming pool back below the house.

Bishil, 29, has TV credits that include “Lucky 7” and “90210.” She was in the films “Crossing Over” (2009) and “Towelhead” (2007).

Dhari Thein of Podley Properties was the listing agent. Rita Whitney of Sotheby’s International Realty represented Bishil.

The property previously sold in 1972 for $52,500, public records show.
