Ridley Scott has revealed he has two TV shows in the pipeline.

The All The Money in the World director told Digital Spy he will follow the likes of David Fincher (House of Cards, Mindhunter) and Jean-Marc Vallée (Big Little Lies, Sharp Objects) by venturing into the television sphere after a successful movie career.

Unfortunately, you'll have to wait to find out more, as Scott is keeping tight-lipped about both projects.

Boo!

"Down the road, I've got to do two TV pilots of two shows which I'm meant to do," he told Digital Spy.

"I can't really talk about [them], but we do a lot of TV. If I tell you the genre, you'll know what it is."

Well, he didn't tell us the genre – but Scott did reveal his admiration for Fincher's Mindhunter, potentially indicating that he may step outside the sci-fi genre while venturing into TV.

We also asked him if he'd be open to directing a standalone TV episode like Black Mirror, and his answer was: "Of course."

The recently released fourth season of the dystopian anthology series managed to score directing credits from Hollywood movie star Jodie Foster, Colm McCarthy (Girl with all The Gifts) and David Slade (Twilight: Eclipse), but Scott would comfortably be the biggest directing name to sign onto the series if he were attach himself for a potential fifth season.

All The Money In The World is in UK cinemas now.
