“20/20,” 9 p.m. (KOMO): New details about the 2010 murders of Sam Herr and college student Juri “Julie” Kibuishi, including Daniel Wozniak’s confession, his motive and fate as he sits on death row.

“Unidentified: Inside America’s UFO Investigation,” 10 p.m. (HISTORY): Former U.S. government insiders team up to reveal what the government knows about UFOs, led by Luis Lue Elizondo, who ran the U.S. government’s $22 million secret UFO investigation program.
